WHY PITCHFORK
There’s no shortage of AI training. There is a shortage of trainers who have pitched to your buyer, run a category review, and felt the weight of a quarterly forecast.
That’s the Pitchfork difference.
01 / FMCG FLUENCY
Trained by someone who speaks your language.
Twenty-five years across marketing, sales, category and innovation. Real FMCG examples, not generic productivity tips. No buzzword bingo.
02 / PRACTICAL OVER THEORY
Leave with tools you’ll actually use.
Hands-on workshops with prompts, workflows and frameworks built for sales, marketing and category teams. Put it to work the same afternoon.
03 / HUMAN-FIRST APPROACH
AI that supports your team, not replaces it.
Humans are the difference between basic and brilliant. Training amplifies judgement and sharpens thinking. It does not automate people out of the work.
TRUSTED ACROSS THE INDUSTRY
FMCG experts have tested this
Founders, Retailers, Consultants and senior leaders across New Zealand, Australia and beyond.

From 1 hour (introductory lunch & learn) up to 6 sessions over 2 months (integration program). The key is working out what your goals are, and finding the right solution for your team. Extra training sessions can be added anytime.
-
All training is aligned to meet your IT policies and guidelines. Training is available across all major platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot (paid and free), ChatGPT, Claude and more.
Your IT policies will be reinforced and included in all workplace sessions.
If you need help developing these - check out the guidance from NZ Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE). -
Yes. All training can be run through online via Teams, and in-person. There will be additional costs for travel outside Auckland region. Trans-Tasman training is within scope for all training.
-
Absolutely. There’s always an introductory call for all workplace training to understand your current team needs, skill level and overall business readiness. Learning AI tools is like learning a new language - it takes time, effort and getting immersed in it. Finding the best solution to suit your business and team is always best.
-
A pre-training consultation is done to understand your main focus areas, challenges and pain points. These are used to design prompt libraries, training examples and focus. These can be adapted during longer programs to suit individual teams.
-
All sessions include training materials, prompt libraries and follow up action plans. Custom programs include ind-depth practical cases to suit your business.
-
No. Security and privacy restrictions in workplaces mean this is not viable for an external consultant to get access to your internal systems.
I can prepare step-by-step guides and give examples for people to set up and customise their own agents and automations. This is also dependent on IT security settings within organisations and may require permission level changes from your IT department. -
Everything starts with an initial email and online call. We’ll talk through your business needs, team dynamics, IT set up and a range of options will be provided.
The leadtime for training is generally 4-6 weeks depending on the scale of program. One off sessions such as Lunch & Learn introductory, or morning Foundations session can be run sooner depending on available time.
